Just wanted to give everyone a quick update on the “cooking in bulk” project that I undertook this weekend. 

It has been a success.  The chili was great!!!  The beef stew lasted all of two days.  Think we just had a taste for it this weekend. 

For the next week, we are going to try the bulk cooking again.   We have not eaten out at night a single time this week, which has saved money.

If anyone has some great bulk cooking recipes, please feel post them, I’ll try them and then let you know how it worked for us.
