Since we’ve gone on our new budget, we are limiting ourselves to one or two nights a month on having supper delivered. I’ve been racking my brain trying to think of quick and easy meals to fix when I get home from work. So far I had come up with a lot of crock pot cooking. But then tonight I remembered a quick and easy meal that my parents used to fix when I was younger. It will be easy to fix on work days.
What was for supper tonight?
Tonight we had ground beef patties, potatoes, and onions cooked in an aluminum foil packet. The whole meal only cost about $2.50 per person. It was also done in the amount of time it would have taken delivery to get to my house with the food. It was also better than delivery!!! Clean up was quick and easy.
Check out my eHow for the directions to make this quick and easy meal. While you are there, be sure to check out my other eHow’s!!!

Till next time
