I cut old socks open and use them for general purpose cleaning rags . . . they are great for everything!</description>

		<description>You can put some rice in an extra sock, tie the end, toss it in the microwave for an instant heating pad.  Amazing, but the rice holds heat for quite some time and rolls around in the sock so it is easy to apply.  I have used this method many times/</description>
