Sometimes after a long day at work you just want a cheap, quick, easy, and light supper. This is a perfect dish for one of those times. The measurements for the ingredients are really an individual taste. You can use less onion or more olives. You may not like the American cheese in it.

Quick & Easy Pasta Salad
1 box of Tri-Pasta
1 small can of Black Olives
2 cups of chopped onion (or to your taste)
Diced Ham (amt up to you)
small cubed American cheese (optional –really is up to you, my hubby thinks cheese goes with everything!)
Ranch Dressing
Salt
Pepper
Cook pasta. After pasta is cooked, place in strainer and run under cold water to help cool quicker. After cooled, let pasta drain well. After pasta is drained, add black olives, onion, ham, and cheese. Stir ingredients together. Add Ranch Dressing, salt, and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled. This pasta salad really is better the next day. Enjoy!!!
Till next time,

We use pretty much the same recipe, except we prefer a vinaigrette (especially a Greek one) instead of ranch. It makes it a little lighter on the tummy.
Looks yummy!
Btw, there is an award waiting for you at A Simple Life. Congratulations,I hope you can pass it on too.
