When I was growing up, I remember going to church fellowships and there were always Mississippi Mud brownies. They were so good. I just knew when I grew up that I’d learn to make them from scratch but I never did. Baking from scratch has never been one of my strong suits. Now I don’t have to learn to make them from scratch. Betty Crocker has come out with a Mississippi Mud Supreme Bars Mix.
Betty Crocker and My Blog Spark have generously given The Frugal Housewife a package with a box of Mississippi Mud Supreme Bars and a 8 x 8 pan to try and one package to give away to our readers! How cool is that! I can hardly wait to cook them and enjoy the “layers of chocolate cookie crumbs sprinkled over mini marshmallows in a chewy chocolate center and a crunchy chocolate cookie crust”.
