School will be starting soon. In some places, school has already started and been in session for a week to two weeks. (Some schools in Tennessee started the first week of August.) The stores are having or starting to have their “Back to School” sales. In some states they are conducting “Tax Free Weekends.” Texas tax free weekend is next weekend. It’s a great time to combine coupons with sales.
