It is soooooooooo cold here in South Texas. We did have a high of 50 degrees here today and we are thawing out but the temperature is supposed to dip back down into the teens again tonight.  So today I was thinking about the post for the green chile dishes and thought it’s going to be a GREAT time to make a dish and take the actual picture of it.  So for tonight’s dinner I made my Texas Goulash and added Green Chiles.  I wanted to make Mexican Cornbread to …
