It is very important to know what the coupon policies are for the stores where you do your shopping. Below are some tips to know when dealing with a store and their coupon policy.
- Read over the coupon policy of the stores where you shop.
- Print the coupon policy and put it in your coupon organizer.
- Take the coupon policy with you when you shop.
- Don’t be afraid to POLITELY pull the policy out and show it to the clerk or store manager if they do not follow the corporate policy.
- Don’t get upset if they use the clause “Subject to the manager’s discretion.

Acme – Acme Fresh Market currently operates 17 stores in and around the Northeast Ohio area.
Albertsons LLC – Albertsons LLC operates in Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Louisana, New Mexico and Texas. The coupon policies are different from the Albertsons listed above.
Bakers – A Division of the Kroger Company. The link will take you to the Digital Coupon Policy.
Bartell Drugs — Located in Washington State.
Bashas’ – more than 130 stores serving every county in Arizona, as well as Needles, California, and Crownpoint, New Mexico
Beuhler’s Fresh Foods — Located in Ohio
Bi-Lo – Located in South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee and Georgia
BJ’s Wholesale Club — The Coupon Policy is located on the FAQ under the Savings Opportunities.
Coborn’s — Located in Minnesota, North Dakota and South Dakota
CVS — CVS has now published their Coupon Policy. You used to have to request the policy from the corporate office.
Dominicks — Located in Illinois
Fareway — Located in Iowa, Illinois, Minnesota and Nebraska
Hannaford – Located in Maine, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, New York and Vermont
Harps Food Stores — Located in Arkansas, Missouri, and Oklahoma
King Soopers — Digital Coupon Policy Only
Krogers — Krogers coupon policies have changed. In the state of Texas, they no longer double or triple coupons. In other areas of the country, they are limiting the amount of printable coupons that you can use. It is best to call or visit your local Kroger to get a copy of their coupon policy. In some areas of Tennessee, they are still doubling coupons and they are not restricting how many printable coupons you can use.
Lowes Foods – The coupon policy is located halfway down the FAQ page. Stores located in North Carolina, South Carolina and Virginia
Martin’s Food Markets — Located in MD, PA, VA and WV
Pathmark — Located in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvannia
Ralph’s — Digital Coupon Policy Only!
Shaw’s – Located in in Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont
Shop ‘n Save — The Shop ‘n Save stores are located in Ohio, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. They do have a Coupon Policy which is located half way down the FAQ page in one of the questions.
Shop Rite — Located in Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Vermont.
Stater Bros. Markets — Located in Southern California
Superfresh — Located in Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Washington, D.C.
